Issue with Platinum but being rewarded

Hi,

My character name is proexe in SL

I've completed various offers from tapjoy which included in app payments , for which I'm granted over 700 Platinum but I've not yet received.

The Tapjoy service provider says there's an error on spacetime studio's side and they have tried to contact you guys.

However it's been 4 days and after doing all payment I'm not received platinum.

Will I be served this sort of service in future?

I am having the same exact issue but with my AL account. I’ve been waiting for a response for over two weeks. I’m pretty patient so I’ve just been waiting for a reply back. Hopefully this can get sorted out!

Eating all week. You should have been rewarded already.

It happened to me too. It was a paid offer and I received the platinum 2 weeks later. I'm not even mad.

Haha thanks. I didn�t wanna bother anyone and mine was paid offer too.

If your plat was from paid offer, and it took you 2 weeks

Then what about my free offers that took least 1 week?

All of my plat is stuck, I'm getting no plat

I wanted to buy tradable black Shirt but no, I wanted to buy tradable elite weapon, but couldn't I did everything beforehand but since 1 week everything's stuck and I did paid offer 4 days ago

I'm not going to complete any paid offer here from now on.

I understand that tbeir manpower is low because it's not big company like valve or EA.

But they even refuse to acknowledge over fb, twitter, email, here.

Those tapjoy, trialpay and ironsurge are always keeping me Updated regarding each step that they received request, they forwarded for checking from dev, they granted by there's some issue, they are speaking with our sts dev,

And then there's spacetime studio.

Are they too busy to just provide me TAT?

Im having the same problem..im not rewarded completing the ironsource offers...the era of essentials.. like 2weeks until now theres none....plz fix ..i hope this will fix ASAP ...
