Lv55 Elite Shield - my suggestion

I feel like a L55 Elite Shield would be a cool idea.
The last time new shields got introduced was 2011 with the L36 cap. Long ago
It would give us new possibilities to use one-handed weapons to experiment with.
An operative with a Full Hard 6 and L55 shield for example.

Please consider this, devs!

If you don't feel like doing a lot of work devs, just recolour the Blackstar one, paint it black and keep the star white and that's it (of course change it's stats).
