    Default Public Announcement Option

    Good day, I was just thinking that it maybe useful for people who are buying or selling stuffs instead of using guild battle for public announcement why don't we have a public announcement option separately? Maybe should also provide tickets for it and also make the others wait for 30 seconds for another announcement to avoid spamming, also a button for off/on public announcements for players who wouldn't like it or make it somehow less annoying.
