Public Announcement Option
Good day, I was just thinking that it maybe useful for people who are buying or selling stuffs instead of using guild battle for public announcement why don't we have a public announcement option separately? Maybe should also provide tickets for it and also make the others wait for 30 seconds for another announcement to avoid spamming, also a button for off/on public announcements for players who wouldn't like it or make it somehow less annoying. totally agree. there should be a public world chat and also a friend chat. the 30 sec delay is a nice idea too

There would be thousands of messages per hour sadly even if each person had a 30 second delay.

A world chat option with 3min lock after each text would be a better idea; 30sec is too low.
For wedding announcements and battlegrounds, I am ok with the announcement in public chat but I do not want it flashing on my screen in big letters as notification. That kind of loudness is appropriate for Server shutdown and Game Updates. Just user experience feedback.
It would be cool to see divorce announcements too if its only in public chat and not flashing on screen.
