This is a good example of how there's no Play-Testing done and that the devs don't even know what is going on in the game right now.

We don't need new implants either. They're fine.
We need new shield that are viable in pve and PVP. We need more weapon diversity. The only weapons you see are Napalms and dual guns.
Back then you could use any weapons in pve because they all were somewhat viable and fun to use.

Don't get me started on mods and what they did to the game.
We need content that gives us a real task to do.

My idea:
A monthly or weekly quests that requires to kill a specific enemy type (scorn, vular etc) to gain a new special or recolored vanity
Let's say kill 25.000 scorn enemys. People would be doing runs again.
Do it weekly or monthly but monthly with way bigger goals with a new quest every week/month so you have to finish it.
New shields? For commandos to destroy operatives? I think not
