Ok i just finish crafted my dex set last nite.
It give a cool red smoke looks very nice. And these sets look like the old custom sets days which is great. Dex birds and mage will rule the land again.

Yes, that is normally the case.Only lvl65 Set Items are craftable
But if you look at the forgers menu, you won't see lvl 65 gear restrictions like in Nuris. Also it seems very unlikely he got both the bow and armor lvl 65, when there are non in CS
