Infinite loading times

My wife is having infinite loading times, she logs in and gets to the player screen then hits play and it just infinite loads from there

She's uninstalled
Reinstalled

Restarted the device
Logged in under guest and it worked she was able to play as a guest

But was unable to play under her main account

Any help would be much appreciated

i too have this problem, i played for 1-3hours and got disconnect from game and when i reconnect its stuck at (contact server) for a long time, i tried to play as guest and it go smoothly, its happen when i update the game, help plss

I have the same problem
Infinite loading screens often happen when i change maps and sometimes when i want to login
I usually have 230-330 ping
But when i change maps or start game after i leave it (because of the bug)i have +1k ping
I play on sony experia z2 android 5.1.1
I have this problem since i updated to 1.9.0(i updated the game somewhere between late September and early October)
Hope you fix it soon
