Iceberg is a good set for 30.

Iceberg Plate and longsword is a must because of the very high weapon damage. Helm, Id either take a vyxnaar or a sniper's, depends on the money you are willing to spend. This is a very good build in PvP. From your thread title I assume that you are rather doing PvE with it? Pls specify what (eg scaled swamp farming). In PvE I always perfer ranged bird builds, but at 30 the longsword is propably still superior, damagewise.

Black Ice is a quest item, that has totally identical stats with the "normal" version.
Green Ice is lvl32 and very pricy...

As others already stated, iceberg set is your best option for farming bird, like others i woud consider using iceberg hatchet/shield set due better dodge/regens/armor. It's better for farming swamps.
