The Mode Commander helm hasn't dropped for anyone yet, what are the odds of dropping it or is there a special method to drop it?

Also, I spent 200 plat on Admin Access Enhancers, still haven't dropped any good stuff (except the Red RIP Helm). Just my luck. :,)

Why do squids drop?

There isn't any notification for the daily ghost ship quest (sts fix ples)

Im starting to believe the scorn shield the blue skull and commander helm are actually new map drops to be farmed in game
