L30 - 40 PvP is totally Unbalanced

There is no longer skill or good gear needed to kill people easily. Its all about who gets one hit crit by drain from mages or by slash from bears. These Enchanted Amulets & Rings completely destroyed this PvP Area. The 3pc ring was already too much, now this. Was my favourite Level to pvp & now its just bad & no im not going to Endgame this is just worse.
