Asking if a false accusation is against tos?

hey everyone, i need your opinion on my earlier ingame experience, but im making sure that this is not intended to be a pvp drama.
i just wanna know if someone accused you as a scammer without any prove or news ever spread, will that person got punished?
because it is really disappointing when you are a decent person, you play good, you farmed all your wealth, then someone suddenly accused you on public as a scammer?

i mean why cant people just enjoy this game? losing a pvp match isnt that bad right? because i have to tell you guys that this person accused me after he lose in vs against me, but i will not post the kills screenies because this is again not a pvp drama thread, this is more serious than that.

below are some prove of him accusing me as a scammer, along with his friends which are in a same country. please tell me if this is against ToS or not.

Technically yes it is as it ruins the experience of another player. And I don't see why sts would not ban players like these because they probably lose more players on an active basis from players who false accuse others then if they had just banned them. but if the player who false accuses spends money they likely are not going to be banned. I know players who have done this type of stuff but arr still roaming arlor today.

My response. Yes it is bannable, will sts do anything about it, likely not

Also, next time don't post screenshot especially with the other players ign since it is against terms of service to do that type of stuff on forums as well

Unfortunately that's not up for the players to decide. AL has more than it's fair share of @$$es that are still playing today

If he is harrasing you, send it to sts support and they will give you a decision. We dont have any influence on this decision so speculation and opinions will just further escalate the problem.

if he were that great he would have no time accusing me on paradise pier, after i beat him in a vs.
if you wanna talk about pvp matters, i will respond you in pvp room.
but this post isnt intended for pvp drama, this is way more serious than killing or be killed in pvp.
