Anyone else having ironsource issue?

Ive done some stuff in ironsource to get platinum but i dont receive it. Ive sent to support to ”prove” but all my Proof isnt enough which is kinda stupid beacuse its 100% sure Ive done it correctly even with screenshots...

Anyone else having trubbles with ironsource?

Be firm and persistent with your proof of completing the offer, the majority of the time they are waiting on feedback from the company you completed the offer with and have a different method of responding to you compared to other company's in the past that have provided us with free plat offers.

Ironsource like to reject your proof immediately. Don't give up and show screen shots, with account names and numbers, always register your account on the game with a real email or facebook, google account, and provide proof of purchase if necessary.
