I am playing Star legends on PC now But I don't know the controls very well could someone post all the controls or could you point me to a link?

Q - Camera Rotation Left
E - Camera Rotation Right
1 - Skill 1

You are correct. R - is the ability switch.

Other than that Mouse wheel scroll in & out will zoom in & out
