+1000 to make the academy but it should not be a quest to Enter because most new players will find the game boring if they have to learn so much at the start.
I reccomend they play the game and when hit around Traver Outpost gets directed there as a side quest or from a message that says " Ask people in town how to get better/rich in this game" and more experinced players can tell them to go to the academy.. I feel this would be more successful as they are chosing to go rather than being forced to go.
Also would appreciate if sts links both video links and written guides since not everyone likes to read.
I am sure we can make new thread/guides for these players.

"Goals" already provides most of the info and directions to new players, the problem is they don't read. So I am not sure if they read scrolls.

We already have forums for guides. I'd rather see hardcore mode before sts puts their time in something like this. Might be good for new players but for me its a -1
