You should add 5v5 Pvp honor that was a really really long time ago and it would be really amazing to wake up some old memory

I have to wonder if this PvP event is coming too soon, considering we're currently on the end of a week-long PvE event with a gold farming reward phase that will last until Saturday at 1:30PM STS time. Perhaps staggering it a week or more would have been the way to go, to avoid player fatigue from the current event and to ensure the highest possible turnout.
Also, are there any time frames or other tidbits regarding Winterfest 2018 that you can share at this time?

Unfortunately, you can equip a full set of Honor to enter the zone but then switch gear to regular level 105 elite sets. There is no 'root' death the player receives like in Honor PvP when switching gear or trying to enter the zone when they do not have a full Honor set equipped.

Yeah - it's way too soon for another event. The Honor CTF map is not a leaderboard event; it's just a limited engagement 'preview' of sorts where we get to play and offer feedback without the pressure of scoring points.

I am getting very excited about the upcoming PL Winterfest 2018. Feel free to share a teaser or two when the mood strikes.
Is there any chance that we might see the debut of a Toy Man vanity costume this year? And perhaps also the introduction of some Winterfest vanity weapons? Would be so fun.

When is the 2018 Winterfest scheduled to release?
Winter fest usually drops around December 15. We received a new PL client update today. Probably in relation to the upcoming winter event. No doubt we will get some juicy details soon.

No preview as of yet on Winter Fest 2k18, but, I am sure the wait will be worth it.
Regarding the client update that was released a few days ago and the lack of update notes. One change I did note was that in order to register an account or change the email on registered accounts, you now need to check your specified email address and correctly enter the 4 digit code that will be emailed to you into the PL app in order to complete your account registration or change of email address.
This is a pretty common feature these days, I am surprised that after nearly 9 years, it has only just now been added. But, I also appreciate the continued updates and development of PL! TYVM STS.
