Spirit Aegis Lvl 50: What makes the proc activate more frequent, Charge or Auto Attack? Proc Rate High, Medium, Low? How much Heal per tick? How much Damage per tick?

At Lvl 50 is the variables the same or higher/ lower Sword v.s Aegis? Any War with info on these questions can reply and will be greatly appreciated. I'm only looking for Lvl 50 Proc Rate info only, I don't plan on wasting a sec of my time lvling these weps in Swamp. Thank you for taking the time to read.
