Zone Disabling Enemy Pools Please Tell me

Where do you see this?
Are you talking of stampy AA or something?

It disable things such as sns Pools, Slink AA, Korruption, Toxy, Breeze, and pets of that sort. I believe this is a proc on a weapon or the Arcane Ability of glowstick, but I dont 100% remember.

The proc from creeping rifle. It makes enemies unable to make pools that harm you.. like kraxx in mausoleum .. that pool that curses you
