Yes 3sec extra from legendary. I just hope they changed the higher level passive because the legendary one has same passive on all 4 levels of upgrade - "single target slow", kinda lame. If they keep it same then its only going to be used for slotting and the beauty of it will be a waste (similar to what happened to legendary Iceball).Originally Posted by Kairihearts
