    The team has been out of the office for thanksgiving since Tuesday, I've been trying to get in touch too and got that message starting Tue.

    Oh they answered u tuesday but I sent them requeat tuesday but no answers until now I mean saturdays night !! And be cause I lost my account and I want my L58 mage back , these 5 days were the most anoyying days for me in my life

    Guys I dont undrestand but they didnt amswer to my request again today I thought they will can any one tell me wat is going on with support team I sent them 9 requests for five days but even I hot no reply today wat is going on support team u must have a good answer for ur late responds I told u I lost my account but no reply and anawer plz reply and if u can guys and know any one in support team call him to answer to me u beg u guys loosing account is worst thing plz help I beg im die ing without pl my life is crzy

    Calm down. It is ok. The support team have hundreds of requests each day and they can't respond to each one in one day.

    The should respond. Have you got pocket legends installed? If so try to log in. The support will respond don't worry about it. It may not be for a few days but of course they will respond!
