So my first pvp
So I went to pvp today for the first time with my dex bird. Ive read a bunch of threads about pvping but doesnt really explain a whole lot I was called a noob every kill I got am I supposed to stop and say go everytime theres a kill I dont really understand rushing much. I got owned and lost to a couple dex bears but was fun none the less.
Hey, welcome to PvP, for me the greatest part of the whole game!
There are two different arena styles. One is FFA (=free for all), where you can kill and rush whoever you want.
The other one, that is the most common style nowadays are the 1v1s. Two players fight each other and don't like to be interfered. Just to join and rush (rushing= attacking someone regardless if he agrees on this fight or not), will most likely lead to hate and namecalling ("Noob", "rusher") against you and being rushed back. If you continue doing so it could pretty much ruin your names reputation in the arena.
Best is to ask everytime when you join a game if it's FFA

Well I dont think it was 1v1 considering I was first in the room and there was 2 people on the other team. I would assume it was free for all... Im lvl 32

If there are more than 2 people in room, it doesn't necessarily mean ffa. You should always ask if it is ffa. Add my level 35 knightmarewar if you need help with birds.Originally Posted by Robsta

Yeah at twink levels rushing even in 1v1s is very common.
My bird has gotten rushed several times by mages, especially voodoo ones that I cannot beat.
The best way is to just leave. Why do people rush? It's their twink. No one can tell who their main is, therefore not ruining their reputation.
