Ban for???

My friend got a ban and when he try log
He saw the message of forever ban.
I asked if he violated therms but nothing he did absolutely nothing. This guy have many banner lb of events and play always kindly.
He didn't understand why that forever ban and for what.
Whold u be so kind to give an explanation? and what terms of service he violated?

Your friend needs to contact support about his account, not you. They discuss account information privately with the account owner, not the account owner's many cousins.

Lol he got banned? Probably cause he trash talk other players too much that’s why. Tell your friend be kind to others and maybe he wouldn’t have gotten BANneD XD full pun intended. Good luck though.
