Hardcore characters can now only permanently die in PvE zones.

All events are Player vs Environment, unless they are specifically mentioned as Player vs Player.

You don't permadie in town anymore, so you can 'safely' do that quest.

@futumsh @tzatops Gale skill is still partially bugged. It seems when facing a big mob it will occasionally shoot off in a random direction, encountered mostly in elite tindirin (because vials) probably 1/10 times it will do this. Thanks.
