Question for mage players

Did the horror stick proc change? Because i could swear monsters charmed by the weapon can still be hit before. Correct me if I am wrong. Thanks.

Haven't tested this since I've been off for a bit. But yes you could hit charmed mobs, and they would take extra damage. So now you cannot hit them? Do they disappear after a while or what
