Tinsel ranges from 400 to 600 Platinum depending upon the Tier.

Can we add a NPC or something for ALL the previous event vanity’s where we can go to anytime to craft our gold purchased vanity into the tradeable ones. Also add on the description of the event vanitys what bonuses it gives for having the set (like zap set 15% gold reroll.)
