+ Get the Xmas Portal Hunter elixir and defeat Winter monsters to spawn a special portal that leads to the Gifts Grotto!
+ Bust open gold-filled presents in the Grotto... but watch out for the Killjoy! Defeat him for special vanity items.
+ PLUS: A special Winter Leaderboard event begins Dec. 22nd!
+ Enter the frosty fissures found around the realm. Defeat the ice demon BLIZZERAX to score points.
+ Earn Bronze, Silver or Gold Tier to access the Event Vendor on Dec. 25th.

Thank you for the Winter Fest event again this year.

The quest line is glitching for me.
The second quest Resue 907 - save the ten elves.

After collection of the quest in the first map Winter Village.

I go to save an elf but they are all saved. And it doesn't give me an option to save them.

What do you suggest I do? I have deleted the quest and taken the quest again, but the same glitch occurs.

Also will there be an option to host the winter maps?
Winter Village and the Toyman Factory maps?

The option to host is there if you scroll back a bit after selecting the host option, grotto included

Cool winter update thanks so much for plat sale but grotto is like 15k a run if you have maxed out luck gear. So if its going to be this low can we add more loot or something please?

During the Halloween Event we were able to liquidate weapons for 250-300k gold each. It’d be great if we could do the same this Xmas Event.

I noted the same thing, 14,250 gold per run with 330% gold loot. At ~2 minutes per run, that nets ~450k gold per 60 minutes of gold farming in gifts grotto.

Agreed, spawn rates are low, and vanity drops are even lower. I haven't seen even old useless vanities drop. We have all year to farm items that are super rare.

And our 3 day event is scheduled during 2 holidays. I know of the 36 hours of the event, I'll be spending at least 16 with family, and 16 sleeping. That will leave me all of 4 hours to grind tons of points and farm those items.

A buff would be nice, already spent 12 hours farming and have little to show for it. Seeing as it is Christmas I was hoping more than a handful of people would get drops. Regardless I appreciate what you guys are doing for the game and will continue farming every spare minute these hectic coming days. Merry Christmas All!

2017 gold farm was so good now i won't come back 2018 gold drop is a joke.

Loving the new map for the event. Thank you for this festive Xmas map.

Killjoy's Castle is small, and designed well for quick and fast runs.
We appreciate the blizzarax boss spawning at the end.

What is lacking is Vincent the vendor at the start of each map where we can purchase elixirs of golden bones and boss elixir.
Some people are time limited during this festive season and would like an option with Plat to achieve more points faster with the assistance of Plat elixirs.

Cinco kindly dropped by on discord and advised us why the elixir vendor is not necessary this event.

Bronze tier has been lowered only 5k points and the amount of points received for kills is much higher than previous events.
We appreciate your explanation and understand your reasoning behind this. Points scoring this event goes by much faster and the size of the map is small and compact. And we are guaranteed a special boss spawn at the end of each map. Meaning we can farm for free for the best loot this event!

I have been advised by multiple people that the new Gleam pet bonuses work in normal Pvp maps.
As much as I find this glitch hilarious, could the pet bonuses be removed from all Pvp zones?

Is new Gleam pets luck and gold loot going to work on event map or other pet friendly maps? And can u check if clarabelle shields luck is working properly I feel like brew is re-rolling more then clarabelle.

So two things if you don't mind answering? Can we get a confirmed price on how much tinsel will be for all tiers? And how long will the plat sale be going on for? Weird there's no date specifying when it'll end

LOL you guys just ended the plat sale without letting us know ahead of time when it'll end and without telling us how much Tinsel will cost. Thanks for the lack of communication smh was planning on buying some on Christmas day
