Ebon Glade Executioner of Resolve proc rate vs 1 target (feedback and suggestion)

11 Charged attacks to start proc with 12th. This sword need some tweaks. Just check video bellow:


What might help:
Improve proc rate vs 1 target (when 10 sec lasting proc ends, it should not take many charged attacks to proc again).
Improve dmg over time vs multiple targets (slightly buff dmg).
Reduce fully charge time by 20% (Charged attack help proc more often, but it is slow to fully charge sword).
New:
Add certain % of taunting Mobs to sword in PvE (it is really messy, even skills does not help, check m6 gameplay on my channel (TB > New sword).

If you see my tips for changes as "too big", "too op", i hope that you look at sword proc and tweak it a bit, it should be better. Thank you.

I made some videos, you can check my YT channel (link in signature). Especially in M6 it is messy and older TB easily outperform new arcane sword (not only in M6).

Proc description: Chance to condemn enemies. Condemned targets are slowed, do less damage and take damage over time.

Well, in video it is clear, that only 1 from multiple targets is under proc (is slowed and taking damage over time): 1 purple zone - 1 mob under proc. I thought, that purple zone affect all targets in it aka all targets are slowed and taking damage over time. Isnīt this bug? Shouldnīt proc (purple zone) affect all targets inside? It is even in description (plural - enemies, targets).

*Hope you look on this Sword after Christmas, because it is not very good right now. Thanks

I will not talk about PvE, where Terror Blade is thousand times better than new sword, but in duel you see difference, what sword might be better in PvP.
