    Default % haste and autoattacks

    1) mage's ultimate energize: when mage use energize - only that mage (ultimate user) and other nearby warriors/mages getting increased speed of autoattacks, rogues dont getting increased speed of autoattacks (checked with daggers and bow)
    2) 15% haste from heroic churro's happiness bonus: checked on all classes with almost all types of weapons (gun staff daggers bow 2hsword aegis) - nobody getting increased speed of autoattacks, increased only cooldown of skills (why heroic churro works different way from mage's energize)
    3) not really bug, but will be more logic if speed of charging autoattacks will be increased also by those %haste

    4) just a question about all ultimates: it supposed to charge from 1st killed mob, but how it works: if u enter map and immideatelly start kill mobs - it will start to charge only after some time (maybe 8-10 sec) and doesnt matter how many mobs u killed, if u enter map and make some attacks/use skills (without touching mobs/barrels) and wait some time without any contact with mobs (8-10 sec) and then go fight - ultimate will start to charge from 1st killed mob

Haste is behaving as intended. It's true that some abilities don't fully benefit from it though, as haste does not affect cast times, only recharge times (which start at the beginning of the cast), so if the hasted recharge time is less than the cast time, the recharge time is effectively is only reduced to the cast time. Haste does not affect charge times.

can u just explain why rogues dont getting increased speed of autoattacks (usual attacks by weapon, not charged attacks and not skills) when 2 other classes getting it by mage's ultimate "energize"? that ultimate suppossed to give increased speed of skills cooldowns + speed of usual attacks to all party, not only for mages and warriors, that was 1st and main bug in this thread ...

Haste affects everyone the same way, and it works as described above. Energize does not affect different classes differently. Move along.
