Bug with new aegis after nerf

Devs,i am hoping you will look into a new problem created after your fix for the new ebon daggers,after hot fix new aegis proc does no damage on reflect,i tested in maus, graveyard,and two other maps,i also tested in duel with a very op rogue,on proc it does no damage and i still took damage just as with no proc,so i changed to nightmare gaurd and tried it's proc,and it's proc does way more damage than new ebon aegis, that's a fact,just test for yourself,could you please make new ebom aegis proc reflect useful again, i spent 50 mil and sold my terror blade to upgrade to this weapon,sadly now it's virtually a vanity weapon.
