Commander Mode helm still droppable?

Is the helmet still droppable or not? Also what about the back vanity.

Also the hunter hats needs to be fixed cuz some of their colors aren't the correct one.

I think it only will be droppable in specific events, it is too cool to be obtained from any of the existent maps right now. I maybe would agree if they put it as one extreme rare vanity only lootable in the incoming cap, just in specific hours/ or specific mob.
