Got ban wintout reason! Nees help

I got ban without any reason
I didn't break the rules and terms
Had just a 10 times muted I think for period of 4 years
I was just merching
Never scammed anyone
I don't know what really happens
I remember I told a guy that he is acting like kid and he told me that he will tell his friends to ban me for this
Is it possible a 13 year to told someone to ban me? Need help
I remember I got a big luck and got a lurid bow for 70k 15 lv and I had nice chat with a friend merchant we we're laughing about how overpriced prices are in auc and then now after like 9-10 hours I log and I see that I have PERMANENTLY ban
I lost around 50 m
I never used money to get them
I just did merching and it took me 3 nmonths and now I have ban
I never had one on any of my other accounta
They are empty 0 gold . The worst is that I have also device ban for what??? I never used hack too lol... I can't believe that is happening
