Hellow Good Day ..

i have a one question why i get ban i just started to get back in game i think its more than 1week... i was playing last night january 2 2019 so all good.. then i go off and take some rest .. and then january 3 2019 i was shocked that my device is ban Duration (Forever) so i said ok i have another device to use then mean while i get my another phone to play and boom my account was ban .. i didnt violated any rules .. i just remember that i was sold some items in trade especially old arcane vanity like bb hooks .. kershal etc... Cinco says i need to contact customer service that i already did .. but untill now they dont reply .. im not mad beacause i get ban .. but i want to know the reason why .. why sts iget ban ... is these a system error or what ? something went wrong ?? can any devs explain or send me a pm or reply my email

Same happened to me on 29th or 30th of Dec. I was playing at night and suddenly got dc. To my surprise when i tryed to log back it said i was banned forever! I wrote an email to customer support telling them to review my ban, and was waiting for them to reply until today, which they did not do...

BUT

Just tryed to log in the game a while ago awaiting the worst again, to my surprise the ban was lifted! .

I guess it is just question of a few days so they review your case, and don't expect them replying, lol.

Remember they said they don't resolve this on forums, so write them to: support@spacetimestudios.com

No more forum post. You gotta wait it out patiently my friend I also got banned but they will answer back give them sometime. Just listen to him. Close it

dude there are some issues about system error like ban .. and they get der account back ..

Don't assume that all who got banned are guilty. And yes you can raise /clarify concerns with customer support, but it willl take weaks/months to get a reply from them. Some won't even get a reply. Sad to have lost everything you worked for for 5 years in game, so give ppl a break if they show their sentiments in forum.

Posted a thread before. Because I want to know how people get banned and maybe find out a link in it.i tried to answer the question is there specific action or something else not apparently against terms give u a forever ban? I am not a banned player it appened to some friend and I want to know if something is appending.
But everything about bans will be not discussed in forum expecially complains.

We should indicate somewhere that we done ever discuss bans on the forums... because we don’t. Talk to customer service. All of these threads will be locked or deleted.

Contact Spacetime studios customer service. Use the Spacetime customer service email. Explain your situation. Allow the team to resolve the issue.
