Skill Loadouts
Unlike vanity and weapon loadouts, these are device bound. Can this be changed, its really annoying when swiching devices and wanting to change the loadout,but then having to spend ~3mins to respec everything manually?
Is the problem in overloading the servers?
If so, can vanity loadouts become device bound in exchange for respec ones being stored on servers ( i doubt anyone changes their vanity 2-3 times a day ) ?
