Dear STS,

The game is lovely but......what I read on forums and hear in-game constantly is that your customer support isn't so lovely. I hope that in 2019 you improve that aspect so that any players having game issues can feel they have been responded to or even adequately dealt with a.s.a.p.

I decided to write this post due to the fact that bad customer service is bad for business. Thank you for taking the time to read this post.
