Has Heroic Breezaga received an increase in his mana-regenerating passive?

Heroic jack has received an increase in the amount of mana he regenerates. Because he is Heroic. Has H. Breezaga also received?

Im not sure if Breezaga does, but not all heroic pets get an upgrade in passive compared to the normal pet. I take heroic grimm for example who have the same passive as a normal mythic grimm. So dont expect hero Breezaga should have a passive upgrade compared to the normal breezaga.
