@Devs: Ebon Blade of Execution

Hey, i posted a while ago about the Ebon Blade proc that it hits only one mob.
Some other guys and me listed some issues and we are hoping that the devs will answer it:

1. The proc rate is kinda Low. Especially against one mob.
2. The Description says that it condemned enemys but some of us tested it and it hits always one mob.
Possible to hit multiple enemys or maybe a range about 3-5 enemys like the TB?

I speak for all The Warriors that face this problems ingame.

I appreciate ur time to read this Post and if u have other issues about the proc drop ur idea below that the devs can take a Look about it.
