Dear devs,

Please do consider on buffing the proc rate of ebon aegis as it is very veryy low. And even when it does proc the proc itself only in effect for like 2 seconds knowing the proc rate is very low.

I think you should at least increase the proc rate or increase the duration of the proc.

I personally agree because you actually have to hit a target to make it proc.

Which makes it even harder to proc...
