Geez, I haven't seen an android costume since 2013. Do players still have it or was it a limited time costume?

It was a limited costume given out in a contest. I want to say less than 10 people ever owned one . I think they are all banned or very very inactive.

From my understanding the android costume is limited to only Devs, cinco (i believe) used to use it on an account named Droid. Used to be seen a lot but the Devs "retired" it. While they still obviously have access to it when they do log into the game they dont use it which is why no one has seen it in years.

10 players won it in an event, but they are all banned or long gone.

I believe those actually ended up removed due to drama surrounding them. But obviously cinco or another dev would know best on the status of that particular item

Nope. They still exist on the player's accounts... they are all as devour said either banned or retired.
