I like the Sea Dragon Staff of Tides concept, too.

And #2, the Shark Jaw Serpent Staff also looks very cool. With the harpoon in the middle, it could be re-purposed into a Dex weapon, as harpoons are by nature, projectiles/ranged weapons.
