Warriors:
1. Weapon; You either get a tb or ebon aegis right now. OP terror blade will cost anywhere between 30 and 40 million. Ebon aegis is pretty good right now and costs around 50m.
2. Armor+helm; you can either get an endless set with good awakes for 3-5m or mire for around that much as well if you intend to farm bog/swamp.
3. Belt; you could get the 71 arcane belt which costs between 15-20m or the lvl63 arcane belt with OP awakes.
4. Ring; swamp thing’s ring(71 arcane) with OP awakes will cost around 4m
5. Amulet, again 71 arc amulet will cost around 2.5-3m for OP awakes.
6. Arifact; If getting mire armor and helmet, get mire artifact as a third piece. With about 2.5-3% STR awakes this will give you around +100 str with jewels. Between 7-12m
7. Jewels; Superb furry(s) cost around 150k a piece. Getting 18 of these will cost you 2.7M assuming all the gear you brought was not jeweled already.
9. Pets; Anywhere between 5m and 50m. Glowsticks, H fenris are musts on a budget.
TOTAL COSTS: 65Mil+ Pets
Optionals; 110 STR arti which costs around 80m, full mire or nightmare sets gor those who farm swamp/somberholt.

Mire armor/helm 3-4m (farmable) or endless set similar price.
71 arc belt 18-20m (from what I've seen)
Venom set 10-12m or...
Arc 71 ring, amu (cheap+farmable)
71 AA 80m+(ish) or mire artifact 5-7m
Set aside 30-60m for pet and 25x4-5m for precise jewels and your good to go.
You can be decent/effective without all the best gears.
Also in some maps as mage your expected to have immortal corruption staff 8-12m and Dragon Staff 3-4m as they're stupidly effective for old weapons.
Alright let’s say you do have 150m, all you need is 100m to max and you’ll have 50 to spare.

Jewels, 45x precise finesse: 400m
End Set with good pvp awakes: 15-20m
Hero Sam for base pet: 35m
Bejan for Happiness: 10m
Nekro/Glow AA: 5-10m
Maxed Ebon Daggs: 85m
Arcane belt 71: 30m
OP Venom set: 15m
AA lvl 71 Dex: 90m or AA lvl 60 Dex 60m
Total comes to about 600-650m. Subtract the jewels and you’ll cut down a lot of the cost, but for a god-tier pvp char at 71 that’s about what it would take.

Thank you everyone for your comments, I really do appreciate them a lot. I think I’ll just semi gear it. With superb jewels and decently awakened items. Since I already have nekro opened I’ll just use that as vase pet and Aa with heroic fenris stats(I am a warrior btw).

I could strip my rog gear and start new with 5m gold i would above average stats easy.
Since u say Rog, what do u think your dps will get to with 5m for gears, jewels, and pet? I think your outlook on above average stats isnt as high as most.
Fortified Finesse x20 will cost u about 600k
1mil for decent Lvl 71 dags with stat awake
1m-2m for mire armor stat awake
1m-2m for mire helm stat awake
1m for lv 71 legendary belt stat awake.
Arcane ring and amulet lv71 will cost you about 4m with stat awake.
Artifact? Can go cheap and get a Lucky one with stats for maybe 2.5m.
Pets? Even if you use heroic Fenris, thats another 1m.
So to me, if you go cheapo build..and want ok stats, it will cost you about 12m-15m. And that's going bare minimum on my prices.if you want a above average Rog for end game, expect to pay 20-40m. Op stuff and your talking 50-100m. Maxed out will cost u 250m++
now that’s a real expectation on prices. No 400m or 600m for gear. I think I can get pretty “op” geared with 50-100m and with the extra 50 I can buy a decent vanity or two. I am aiming for 13k hp+ 2.5k dmg+ and 10k armor+ I think 100m can get me there at 71.
13k HP with 10K Armor is very low for Lvl 71 Cap if not using GL Awakes. If that's the Stat Range you end up with spending 100m you did something wrong. Pve Build(Not full cause still have Pvp Awakes in some gear cause I still Pvp, I could push much more if I got serious and went Pve only) Sword/Aegis Arc Set Build 17.2-17.5K HP with SS 16.1k-16.4kish HP. I don't use any Mire Set either. Damage Range will depend on the Weapon your using. And go at least Full Noble Fury. Not a 100m budget though, I have spent way more than 100m to gear tank lol.
100m is more than enough to gear up, mire set with decently good awakes is about 5m
Swamp ring and amulet is about 4-6m for both
an op yeti artifact is 12-15m
terror blade is 25-30m and
21 superb fury jewels is 5m
since he already has nekro you can use that for base and aa and use heroic fenris for stats that’s 1m. And he’ll still have 30-40m left over for a nice vanity maybe cryo set, red arlor, 10m vanity, 25m vanity, brawler set, marvelous set, or desert assassin set.
