Regarding the new infested artifact

Probably because it's a question, and doesn't belong in this forum.

Where should this be then? Its not exactly like there's top notch contact between the staff and their community
I simply asked a question if its intended or a bug. It could be like when nightmare set bonus worked in PvP as well, which later on got fixed :P
