Its only been 2days since this was announced. Id like to see as many as possible join. The more the merrier.

What kind of a tourney is it if suddenly major rules r changed, people have had heaps of time to join. Look at any other tourney, 32 is 32, u missed out, that's your fault. Plus lvl cap raise is in 2-3 weeks.

Its only been 2 days and this hasn't been promoted that much.

Hestated in the OP that 'more spots will open if needed' so I see this as not a rule change.
