When it drops. If you buy it at the hotel you get it given to you directly.

If you defeat the Hotelier he gives you a key for free. He also drops crafting components used to create the event pets with stats (Elemental Spirits).

If you just want to go into the hotel room you can pay 10 Platinum for a key at the front desk. Upstairs in the penthouse you'll face Ral'Hess. He drops this year's new vanity 'broken heart' pets (no stats).

Can you increase the distance at least? It doesn�t give people enough time to get to the boss with all the buffs and people�s impatience, the boss will die too quickly
