about curse - imo: just need to add some damage over time
if talk about weak skills, upgrades, passives and masteries - check also please:
-passive "DAMAGE" - it supposed to give some real damage, but passives like "agility", "might", "knowledge" (depends on class) give much more damage at high levels, so - why that passive called "DAMAGE" if other passives give us more dmg...
rogue:
-trap - this skill is only for pve, with 20% chance to pull per every 6 seconds (with full mastery)?... in endgame in any party there will be as minimum 1 another pulling thing with better chances and faster cd
-shadow veil - only pve skill, 1st upgrade: increases armor by 20% - doesnt stack with orc effigy and other armor buffs, so it gives only 5%armor usually; 2nd upgrade - explode in the end (after 8 or 11 seconds) .. usually after 8-11seconds any pack of mobs already dead, also explode is too weak, 3rd upgrade - gives 15% damage - doesnt stack with pet's %damage, mastery too weak
-shadow pierser 1st upgrade: 15% chance to reduce 10% armor? for what? if aimed shot reducing 15% armor with 100% chance, and those debuffs dont stack
-ultimate "medicinal herb" - better to change it for buff like 2x HP or 60-80% damage reduce... what is 20% hp regen per second in hard maps? its really nothing
mage:
-skill "lightning strike" - idk what happened, it was great skill in past, but now it deals too low damage without additional effects (for example - compare to frost bolt)
-frost bolt 1st upgrade "ice wielder" in description says "has 20% chance to freeze enemies around target", but frost bolt stunning enemies around target even without that upgrade
-skill "time shift" 1st upgrade "reduce dodge chance to enemies" - time shift is not pvp skill, dont need reduce enemy's dodge, better if it will reduce enemies damage, chances to crit/hit
-warrior's skill "rallying cry" - just too weak with all upgrades, mastery gives STR, would be better for party if it could give main stat instead of str
