Need info on pets

Hey guys so I was wondering which pet gives the most speed buff? So far I have shiloh which gives 12% and I was wondering if there are others who gives more. The rarity doesnt matter but It would be great if you list others besides arcane or heroic

Also what is a good pet that is helpful for rougues when soloing maps and lvling?
Preferrably under 250k

Fenris, legendary pet, werewolf type. 15% speed.
Heroic Fenris, Heroic, werewolf type, 15% speed.
Fantasma, Legendary, Horse type, 10% speed.
magma, Legendary, "gem" type, 10% speed.

and a lot of others ... just go through pets list...

For Rogue, look for pets with a dex boost and +xx% dmg and +xx% crit i guess,
like heroic little Bear .. or if you don't have much gold .. a fenris never disappoints.

Only cottonkill or Heroic cot stacks with speed set tho, just saying in case.

grim (mythic) gives 10%
Abaddon (mythic) gives 12%
scorch (mythic) gives 15%
