How to access Honor PvP arena?

I can’t figure out how to get to Honor Pvp arena. I bought the honor set equipped it and still cannot find a portal. Is there a quest to unlock it?

Use the Host / Join system to access the Honor PvP Arena :-)

Still... I do not see any dungeon named Honor Arena? Which map is it under? Is it only visible when you have honor set equipped? Will it still work if my toon is lvl105?
