Can you bring back vendor that sells oldest vanities, like glass-masks, druidic set, dark crusader set, etc...?

Will the vendor be a permanent addition to the game this time or will it just come during another event ? And if it's going to be permanent will we have to get some elixir like the classic Valentine's vendor elixir to summon it?

This is an idea that I will take under consideration for a future event.

Also, this doesn't seem like an idea that would be permanently installed (due to the downward pressure it would exert on all gold and Platinum items).
