Ask for help got ban

Hello everyone !
1weeks ago i changed my email ingame because i couldnt log in to my gmail .
In the same day i got back to it with gmail support help . but i forgot what email i changed to.
so i asked help from support and they just sent me a "robotic" copy paste email where they say i have been banned because of "account trade buy and sell"
please any dev notice this post and repair the mistake thanks
