So I wanted to preface this entire post by saying that I am by not means a creative person nor a good artist. I purely do these ideas just to provide ideas for more content. All of these skills that I am going to show are drawn in a very amateur way. Also, the stats and such are subject to change. The skill's purpose, I believe, should remain, but the duration and other effects are debatable.

OPERATIVE:

Shorthand Summary: The wave is made to be directional such that it only launches in a small radius in front of the user. Once it hits the enemy, the enemy cannot use any skills for "x" amount of time and also has a decreased "x%" speed for "x" seconds.
