Can you add Underhul Armor and Underhul Helm to Orc Tag Vendor?

I missed re-building Garetta event, and I need them as collection and it seems nowhere I can obtain them.
It wouldn't hurt the economy or anything since it's not grant any aps and untradable, 1000 orc tag for each helm and armor will be nice.
