Anyone getting platinum issues?

So long story short.
I tried purchasing 2000 plat, I got a cancellation email with the reason 'took too long.
I tried another couple of times all with the same result.
Checked my bank acc.
Got charged for all the 'failed purchases. And, its quite a lot.

I just want to see if anyone faced similar problems and what they did to solve it. And dont worry, I've already sent an email to the support team.
Until this issue is solved, I wont even be thinking of playing any sts games.

Hey Zalitar,

Whoa, that sucks. There are a lot of moving parts between transactions (the bank, processing company, apple, google or whichever service and then us granting the in-game Platinum. In the past, we've had issues with stuff outside our control causing problems. I'm not saying that it's not us, just that it might not be. If you've already wrote the support guys with your receipt numbers, they can dig into it and get it sorted.

Yeah haveing almost same issue but mine went through bank and no plat bought 2060 and nothing yet been almost 9hours

Dang man, that's harsh. I know mine had issues going through but eventually the platinum appeared. Just took a few days.

Same thing happened on my itouch. I pressed it a couple of times because it wouldn't load. Thank god I use gift cards on iTunes. Had just the right amount
